Rules of the game

By registering for Traildorado, you accept the following terms and conditions.


  • Due to the limited number of participants, we recommend that you register early. Participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You can only register online on the website www.traildorado.com using the corresponding form. After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation as well as the bank details for the payment of the participation/organizational fee. This fee must be transferred within 7 days, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your registration without comment in order to allow other runners to participate.
  • The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations at their discretion and without giving reasons. This happens very rarely, but it can occur. In this case, the participation/organizational fee will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellation policy: There will be no refund in case of non-participation. We recommend taking out a "entry fee insurance", which costs only 2-3 EUR.
  • Transfer of your starting spot
    Up to 14 days before the start, it is possible to transfer your starting spot to another person for a rebooking fee of 15 EUR. After that, no more transfers are possible.
  • If you do not make use of individual services that have been properly offered to you, you are not entitled to a partial refund of the participation/organizational fee.
  • Your participation in all activities is fundamentally and exclusively at your own risk. You are responsible for your actions as well as your physical and mental health/condition. A liability waiver must be signed before the start or at check-in. No signature, no start.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are in good general health and fitness condition suitable for the requirements of the event.
  • Therefore, you should assess yourself and, if necessary, consult a doctor to determine if you feel capable of meeting the event's requirements. The organizer's information on physical requirements is provided to the best of their knowledge, but without guarantee, as such information is not only subject to subjective assessments but also strongly influenced by external factors, especially weather conditions. The organizer assumes no liability for disadvantages arising from the participant's lack of necessary conditions.
  • Team/Relay Race: A relay consists of 4 runners and receives a bib number with a transponder. So, one runner with a bib number will be on the course per relay. Team members can support and cheer on the course. All team members can of course help themselves at the athletes' refreshment stand.
  • The organizer and their helpers/employees do not assume liability for lost or damaged valuables, clothing, and equipment.
  • The organizer is not liable for external services and the resulting damages, accidents, loss, theft, and other irregularities.
  • The refund of the participant fee is only considered in case of a complete cancellation of the event, if the cancellation is the responsibility of the organizer. In case of impairment or cancellation of the planned services before and/or during the event due to force majeure such as inaccessibility of the event location, official orders, weather conditions, unforeseeable failure of service providers, etc., the organizer is exempt from any liability for damages; the contractual claim for remuneration remains unaffected. If this results in restrictions for the planned course of the event, the organizer is entitled to modify the event in accordance with these laws and to offer equivalent alternative services.
  • The organizer and his staff are authorized to exclude you from the race and other program points for medical reasons.
  • The transfer of the personal starting number/entry ticket for the lectures/workshops, etc. to third parties leads to disqualification and further exclusion from the program.
  • You agree that the organizer can use all video, audio, and image material produced during the event free of charge and without restrictions for marketing activities or for further communication of the event, and that your name, possibly team, and your running performance will appear in result lists.
  • You agree that we will inform you about TRAILDORADO-related news.
